Sainsbury's Bag
Packing
8th August 2009
All scouts, their parents and leaders are required
for Bag packing in Sainsbury’s Newry on Saturday 8th August.
We have split the day into 4 manageable shifts 9.30 to 11, 11 to
1.30, 1.30 to 4, 4 to 6.30. We need at least 12 to 15 scouts and
2 to 3 adults per shift. Note if you cannot fit into the above times
please let us know and we can work around it!
Scouts in uniform please.
Only 1 scout per checkout
Always ask Customer first if they would like their bags packed.
Keep frozen together, bread/cakes together etc etc
No eating or drinking at checkouts, no personal belongings
No loud shouting or messing
Good manners always
This is an important fundraiser for the group and your help is
appreciate
