No badges should be sewn below the elbow;
Group or County badges should not exceed 50mm by 50mm or 56mm
in diameter;
Special Event badges may be worn for 12 months after the event;
The Scouting Ireland emblem (when approved) will be worn on the
flap of the left chest pocket;
The official Lanyard may be worn by Scouts, Venturers and Scouters.
Attach whistle, penknife or bosun's pipe as appropriate;
The official Ireland badge may be worn by all those who travel
outside Ireland in uniform.
